Two different
approaches
You know what you like.
A crisp glass of sparkling wine. A fresh rosé. The bittersweet orange of a spritz. Sometimes you know exactly what you’re in the mood for.
That’s where ALT. comes in. Our sparkling wines are made from organic grapes, then carefully dealcoholised at low temperatures to preserve their aroma and character.
We work with experienced producers to get the freshness, texture and balance right, bringing the flavours you already enjoy to alcohol-free.

Finally, there is an ALT.
Something you haven’t tasted before.
A wine glass is a useful starting point. What goes in it is open for discussion. With Ambijus, we use fruit, berries, herbs, tea and fermentation to explore the depth and complexity we enjoy in wine.
We experiment with flavor, acidity, tannins and texture, tasting and adjusting until everything comes together. Production takes place in Norway.

ABOUT US
We’ve been at this for a while
We’ve worked with alcohol-free drinks for over ten years. It started with our own decision to stop drinking alcohol, and the realisation that we still expected something good in the glass.
In 2016, we founded Leske, a company importing and selling alcohol-free drinks in Norway. Working with producers, shops and restaurants led us to develop our own brands: ALT. and Ambijus.
After selling Leske in 2023, we continued with both brands through Nolo Nordic. The ambition remains personal: making drinks we look forward to ordering, serving and sharing.
